  • By credit card: You can pay by using your MasterCard or VISA credit card.

When and how are orders shipped?

  • Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days of receipt and payment.
  • Orders shipped within the U.S. (48-contiguous states plus APO/FPO addresses):
    • Are sent via traceable means such as FedEx or UPS.
    • Require street delivery addresses. Shipments to P.O. boxes are not permitted.
    • APO and FPO orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Orders shipped outside the 48-contiguous U.S. states:
    • Are sent via air and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
    • You must provide a contact telephone number.
    • All customs duties and fees for international shipments are the full responsibility of the purchaser. These are not shipping and handling charges, but fees assessed by the customs services of the countries to which the goods are shipped. LTE has no control over these charges and is not responsible for payment.
  • RUSH Orders
    • U.S. next business-day or two-business-day and international expedited shipment services are available. Phone 800.435.7116 or visit to place your RUSH order. A $10 RUSH order fee will be assessed for this service.
    • RUSH orders placed by 12:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed and shipped that same day. Rush orders placed after 12:30 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are based on the shipping method desired, weight and distance. For a quote, please phone 800.435.7116 or visit RUSH orders are only accepted for delivery to the 48 contiguous US states.
  • RUSH orders placed by 12:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed and shipped that same day that the order is received. RUSH orders received after 12:30 PM Eastern Time will be processed and shipped the next business day.
  • RUSH orders are shipped either "Next Business Day" or "2nd Business Day" at your option.

May I return products?

  • Paulist Evangelization Ministries will accept returns of unused, shrink-wrapped materials in resalable condition up to 90 days following order shipment.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility. Paulist Ministries cannot accept COD returns.
  • We will refund the amount of your return, not including shipping and handling fees, less a 15% restocking fee (minimum of $15). You must request a refund check or a credit on your account at the time of the return. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund check. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
  • To receive proper and timely credit for your return:
    • Enclose a copy of the packing slip you received with your original shipment.
    • State the reason for your return.
    • Wrap your package securely and return via traceable means or via insured Parcel Post to:

Do NOT send returns to the Paulist Evangelization Ministries main office in Washington, DC. Returns sent to the Paulist Evangelization Ministries office will be charged a higher restocking fee of 25% (minimum $25).

How long are items on backorder?

  • Although we try to maintain sufficient quantities of products available for sale at all times, occasionally items do go on backorder status. The length of time an item remains on backorder depends on several factors, including how quickly our printers and other suppliers can produce the product.
  • Please contact our Customer Service Center to obtain the most current information related to the expected delivery of backordered items.
