How can I place an order?

  • On-Line at www.naesp.org . For the fastest service, place your order online. We will send you an e-mail order confirmation acknowledging receipt of your on-line order. (Please note non-Internet orders may require an additional week to process.)

  • Fax, e-mail or mail - Complete a NAESP order form and:

    • Fax it to 412.741.0609, or
    • E-mail it to NAESP-Orders@abdintl.com , or
    • Mail it to NAESP Orders, P.O. Box 1020, Sewickley, PA 15143-1020.

  • Phone – Call the NAESP Customer Service Center at 800.292.5542 or 412.741.3679 for ordering assistance between 8:30 AM – 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

How do I log in to the web store to place an order?

The first time you shop our web store, you will be asked to create an account by entering basic information such as name, physical address, e-mail, address, etc. This account is separate from any other NAESP membership, President’s Education Awards Program, or Citizenship Awards Program account. Once you establish the new account, please make a note of the login and password you create as you can return to the web store again anytime using those credentials to view past order status and to place new orders.

How do I pay for my order?

  • Credit Card – We strongly encourage you to pay by credit card – MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express.

Is this web store secure so I can provide my credit card payment information?

Yes. You will be connected to our secure servers during the ordering process when your payment information is requested. For your protection, our store is authenticated by the Network Solutions Certificate Authority site security system. All payments are processed in accordance with current best-practices as outlined by both VISA and MasterCard.

Do you offer member discounts?

Yes. NAESP offers significant discounts for members. For information on membership, Click Here.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes. We offer quantity discounts for book and NAESP logo merchandise purchases. Call the NPRC Bookstore at 703.518.6244 for pricing information.

We do not offer discounts for American Student Council Association or Dream, Reach, Succeed products.

How are orders shipped?

  • Orders sent within the United States are normally shipped via standard ground traceable service when a physical shipping address has been provided. A physical (non-PO box) shipping address is required since ground traceable services do not deliver to PO boxes.
  • APO and FPO orders and orders sent to U.S. territories, and PO boxes normally are sent via U.S. Postal Service.
  • Orders shipped outside the 48-contiguous U.S. states are sent via air and can take up to 6 weeks for delivery.
    • You must provide a contact telephone number.
    • All customs duties and fees for international shipments are the full responsibility of the purchaser. These are not "shipping and handling charges," but fees assessed by the customs services of the countries to which the goods are shipped. NAESP has no control over these charges and is not responsible for payment.

When will my order arrive?

Normal order processing and delivery time is 5 to 7 business days following order receipt. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take 5 to 10 business days to arrive.

Can I get my order faster?

Yes. Rush shipping services are available upon request at an additional charge. Rush orders may be shipped via traceable next day, 2nd day, and 3rd day service.

Rush orders placed by 12:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed and shipped the same day. Rush orders placed after 12:30 PM Eastern Time on a business day will be processed and shipped no later than the next business day following receipt.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping costs are based on package weight and shipping destination. For a shipping quote, go online at www.naesp.org , or call NAESP Customer Service at 800.292.5542 or 412.741.3679, or e-mail them at NAESP-Orders@abdintl.com.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When you order online, you will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation that includes your order tracking number if the order was shipped via a traceable method. For orders placed via other methods, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail if you provide your e-mail address.& You may contact our NAESP Customer Service Center at 800.292.5542 or 412.741.3679 for assistance.

What is your return policy?

  • We guarantee you will be satisfied with any NAESP resource you order. Therefore, you may return undamaged items in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or credit of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility. NAESP cannot accept COD returns.
  • To receive proper and timely credit for your return:
    • Enclose a copy of the packing slip you received with your original shipment.
    • State the reason for your return.
    • Wrap your package securely and return via traceable means, or via insured Parcel Post, to:

Do I need authorization to return something?

No return authorization is necessary.
